About Us
Boone Community Theatre was formed in 1975, founded on two principles: to put on quality performances and entertainment for the Boone area, and to provide opportunities for education and experience in theatre arts for adults and youth.
We put on four shows in a season, as well as a few other events sprinkled in.
The theatre is run by an all-volunteer board of directors, which meets in odd-numbered months, typically on the third Tuesday. Other volunteers serve on committtees, help out with performances, and generally do what they can to promote the tradition of live theatre in the Midwest.
